Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and coordinate capture and proposal efforts for upcoming opportunities and new business growth. Monitor and track acquisition forecasts, pipelines, and announcements; identify and provide recommendations to senior leadership regarding business development opportunities or potential teaming arrangements; and develop comprehensive documentation for Sources Sought, Requests for Information (RFIs), and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.

Education: A Bachelors degree (preferably in a business or technical field) from an accredited university.

Experience: Ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the position description. Excellent written and verbal communication. Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications. Prior NAVAIR program office experience preferred.
