    About the Role:

    The Applications Developer is responsible for the development of application software for web-based, as well as client-server environments. Participates in all aspects of software development including requirements analysis, system design, development, unit and system testing, and software maintenance. Applies configuration control procedures to all software source code developed/maintained. Performs system concept formulation, system design analysis, and subsystem design analysis. Participates in stakeholder meetings and performs development of software source code in support of program development teams. Responsible for submitting project plans, guidelines, and controls. Other duties may be assigned.

    Must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field from an accredited college or university and at least four (2) years of the foregoing total experience shall have consisted of performing application developer functions.

  • Allowable Substitution: Two (2) years of additional experience in performing systems analysis, design, and development of large-scale enterprise business systems may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

  • Must have experience coding software applications in an Agile environment using the following tools: .NET Core, SQL, JAVA, and Visual Studios.

    Applicant must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a security clearance.
