Content Designer We are looking for an experienced and dynamic content designer to join our Product Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for translating complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation that enables our customers to effectively use our products. Collaborate with product managers, product marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand product features and functionality.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and easy to understand for our diverse audience of users.
Continuously improve and update existing documentation based on user feedback and product updates.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all customer-facing materials.
Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in technical communication and incorporate them into our documentation processes.
What You Need to Succeed
Proven experience as content designer or technical writer, preferably in the SaaS or software development industry.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity. Writing samples will be requested.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce Knowledge, Digital Adoption Software (Appcues, Pendo), Content Management Systems (Madcap Flare, Adobe Framemaker).
Experience with basic HTML, CSS.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
