PriceWalgren is a local custom engineering and fabrication company serving Aerospace and Automotive industries. We are seeking an experienced welder to join our team. This position will weld and fabricate metal structures and various custom assemblies according to engineered fabrication drawings. Schedule: Day Shift 6am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday Pay: $22+ Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products * Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols of fabrication * Calculate material measurements to verify specifications * Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance * Assemble and weld structures, sub-assemblies and be responsible for filing, burring and welding * Set up and operate fabricating machines to cu, form, punch and drill components * Rely on experience and judgement to plan maximizing material and meeting schedule * Work in a team environment to achieve quality and quantity according to customer needs * Maintain a clean and safe work space * Safely operator all equipment (hoist, crane, forklift, etc) * Operate and maintain MIG welder without supervision Education and/or Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent * Experienced or technical training as a structural welder with the ability to join, fabricate and weld metal tube and pipe Equal Opportunity Employer: Including disability/veteran
