Allwell Behavorial Health Services Receptionist in Caldwell, Ohio

Under supervision of the Office Manager the receptionist schedules appointments, collects client fee payments, answers phone and relays messages, and files documentation.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide receptionist duties including greeting clients and monitoring reception area
  • Answer phone; make appointments; fill out client information; receive payments
  • File all reports, correspondence, hospital and lab reports in a timely manner
  • File and pull charts daily
  • Verify Medicaid eligibility monthly
  • Make phone calls to clients
  • Data Entry duties
  • Type reports and correspondence
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Provide backup to office manager for intakes and financial updates
  • Some evening hours possible

Education/Experience:
