Aerotek Construction Laborer in Caldwell, Idaho

Construction Laborer

$20.00-$23.00/hour | Caldwell, ID

We are seeking dedicated General Laborers with previous experience in laborer, construction, or manufacturing roles. As a General Laborer, your role will involve in manufacturing a wide variety of concrete columns for bridges, drainage, erosion control, retaining walls, sanitary sewer systems, and storm-water management products at production site in Caldwell. You may be assigned to either our production or finishing departments. Production tasks include constructing wooden supports, tying/securing rebar, setting rebar cages, and pouring concrete. In the finishing department, you will smooth/sand concrete imperfections to improve shape and imperfections. Our current projects include building concrete columns for the Micron project and a forthcoming bridge project.

Job Description

  • Construct a wide variety of concrete columns, bridges, drainage, and other water management products

  • Construct wooden supports

  • Tie and secure rebar to set up cages

  • Pour concrete

  • Smooth and sand concrete imperfections

Pay:

  • $20.00-$23.00/hour

Shifts

  • Early Bird Shift: 3:00am-3:30pm | Monday-Friday

  • Day Shift: 5:00am-5:30pm | Monday-Friday

  • Night Shift: 12:00am-10:30am | Monday-Friday

Qualifications

  • Previous general labor or construction experience

  • Ability to use hand and power tools

  • Previous concrete experience

  • Safety conscious mindset
