  • Responsible for the HRBP - AM which includes Recruitment, Labor Relations, Factory Training and Internal Communications and Plant TMOD functions.

  • Enables both the short-term and long-term strategy of the local business clients in line with corporate policies related to human relations, organizational and employee development by defining and implementing the appropriate HR strategic initiatives required to meet the defined business strategy

  • Guides employees and supervisors in HR related matters (supports in decision making and acts as consultant). Leads them to the right point of contact and promotes the full portfolio of HR related services (e.g. payroll, data administration, recruiting.

  • Executes Job Evaluation based on local, country or/and cooperation policies and define measures to close the identified gaps.

  • Ensures data availability and quality of the audit/compliance related records

  • Continuously evaluates performance according defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Operating Figures

  • Acts as a single point of the contact for all topics (which are not covered by Shared Services) for the employees and managers in area of responsibility

  • Contributes to the bottom line by providing competent and skilled people thru Training & Development Initiatives and value adding OD programs.

  • Delivers leadership and culture development as part of OD programs to enable the employee to meet his full potential and for the company to be regarded as one of the best in electromechanical company thru employer branding, company events, core values and culture programs.

  • Defines 5-Yr Planning aligns to the HR KPI to support Company direction and initiatives related to HRBP Function and TMOD.

  • Improves the quality efficiency of the organization thru competency development

  • Talent Development - Define programs for identified potential and successors based on the Succession Planning.

  • Co-facilitates strategic planning to ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working toward common goals, establish agreement around intended outcomes/results, and assess and adjust the organization's direction in response to a changing environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.

  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role.

  • Well-versed on all facets of HR

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
