THE ROLE

Vibee is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team. As part of the Marketing team, this position will be primarily responsible for coordinating all social media channels as it relates to Vibee events and campaigns.As well as email marketing campaigns. This is not a remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute all social media channels as it relates to Vibee events and campaigns

  • Partner closely with Senior Marketing Manager to create and manage social calendar

  • Initiate requests and track social assets

  • Facilitate campaign creation, monitor performance and optimize ads to ensure efficiency

  • Produce and monitor all social posts - either internally or with event stakeholders

  • Collaborate on social media and content strategy / execution to build and continually expand reach and engagement

  • Parnter closely with Senior Marketing Manager to employ marketing strategies / tactics that expand beyond digital to help execute integrated marketing campaigns

  • Maintain current knowledge on new products and technologies.

  • Build and monitor all email marketing campaigns and databases for Vibee events, using campaign platforms and tools, including but not limited to Attentive, Hive, Send Grid and others.

  • Parnter closely with the Senior Marketing Manager on tracking all deliverables

  • Brainstorm with VP Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, and Vibee team on creative content and new channels for reaching our audience

  • Liaise with partners (i.e., festival teams) for social marketing integration and cooperation

  • Monitor trends and new opportunities for fan engagement and messaging our offerings

  • Liaise with press teams on press releases and publicity campaigns

  • Parnter closely with the CX team and manage social media customer interactions

  • Review payments/spend/advertising campaign budgets and review ad spend budgets for accuracy including management of social media strategy budget

  • Partner closely with 3rd party marketing teams to insure consistent and collaborative campaigns

  • Maintain project management and other communication tools related to the event

  • Collaborate and maintain on all departmental project management systems and other communication tools related to each marketing campaign or internal operations

  • Flexibility to perform other job-related duties as required

  • Other special projects, team members and tasks as assigned as needed

  • Support hiring and onboarding of various team members

  • Some travel may be required (economy)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years working in Marketing with a Bachelor’s degree being considered an asset

  • Exceptional advertising and organizational skills

  • Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, multi-demand work environment with excellent time management skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships both internally and externally

  • Proven to perform well under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneously

  • A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality, and discretion

  • Ability to work evenings & weekends as required

  • Ability to travel for events both domestically and internationally

  • Possess a valid passport

  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as Google Docs and Sheets

  • Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments

  • May work in drastic temperature climates working onsite at our events

  • Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines

  • Must be willing to travel extensively both domestically and abroad

  • Must have a current passport and be able to travel worldwide without restriction

  • Must be able to continuously stand or walk

  • Must be able to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally

  • May occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfaces

  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels in the work environment

Hiring Salary Range for Las Vegas, NV: $64 ,000.00 - $ 73,000.00 USD

Hiring Salary Range for Los Angeles, & Calabasas, CA: $66 ,560.00 - $ 75,000.00 USD
