Public Relation Officer – Operations Compliance team

We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join us in our Egypt Operations Compliance team as a PRO for multiple tasks related to operating licenses and permits for operations sites.

Key job responsibilities

. Developing, maintaining, and enhancing internal and external relationships using formal and informal channels to liaise with appropriate authorities, bodies or contact persons to resolve any problems or matters concerning the operations

. Support management in maintaining and archiving government compliance-related documents to provide government inspectors

. Creating dashboards and flowcharts to process and showcase progress.

· Maintain a tracker for all compliance-related actions taken and provide updates to weekly reports.

· Create a tracker for permit renewals in advance, contacting other document providers and following up on a regular basis, making sure all documents needed by the time of renewal are available.

· Supporting management in launching new operations sites.

. Visiting teams on operational sites and under construction sites to align with teams on the ground, raise awareness, clarify compliance needs, and report and escalate issues if needed.

. Coordinating site visits to under-construction and operational sites within Egypt. including fleet management, site leaders' alignment, etc.

. Following up with consultants on building audit projects.

. 40% travel is required.

. 60% external visits.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional or military experience

  • 3+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications
