What you’ll do?

  • Play a crucial role in supporting our organization's HR strategies and initiatives;

  • collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture to improve business performance as well;

  • create an environment to support effective strategic and operational decision making;

  • lead and support people related change activity providing recommendations for improving effectiveness through organization design;

  • execute core people processes within assigned functions (e.g. People Plans, Performance Cycle, Talent Planning and Annual Compensation Planning);

  • provide leadership support and coaching to people leaders, be ready to challenge stakeholders;

  • contribute and work collaboratively to support key projects within the HR long range plan and HR people plan;

  • participate in crucial CEE HR projects;

  • being responsible for the functional people cost budget planning and tracking.

You need us if you:

  • Have bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR professional experience in BP role (previous experience with manufacturing company is advantage);

  • have excellent command in Hungarian and business English (written and verbal);

  • have excellent knowledge on Hungarian labor law;

  • are culture and change steward – track record of organization changes projects & leading change in transformation;

  • have strong coaching skills – support the managers in their people matters through coaching & leadership;

  • are results oriented & organized – identify risk and prioritize competing demands;

  • able to work with minimal supervision, using own initiative to solve problems;

  • want to work in a team which is as refreshing as a cold beer.

Preferred:

  • have driving license, category B.
