Job Description:

Position Summary:

This role is responsible to support the execution and implementation of assigned Company Loyalty Marketing programs and activities; work with various internal and/or external teams to coordinate, communicate, distribute, etc. integrated marketing solutions.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Assist in the development, execution, tracking and optimization of assigned Loyalty Marketing functional areas including Points/Rewards, Personalized Offers, Customer Data Enrichment, Operations, and Communications & Branding.

  • Support the development of the customer lifecycle, monitoring, and growing customer engagement across the entire store, from beginning to end.

  • Work cross functionally across Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Retail, and 3rd party vendors.

  • Assist in the planning of assigned marketing strategy, solution, and/or program to drive company profitability.

  • Assist in the development, execution, tracking and optimization of assigned Loyalty programs, campaigns, and projects.

  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute marketing materials and communication pieces (i.e. print, digital, etc.) across various platforms/channels for assigned loyalty marketing program(s); ensure company marketing message is integrated and consistent across messages and channels.

  • Develop and maintain marketing project schedules and status reports; may obtain cost estimates and track actual expenses.

  • Create various reports (i.e., program utilization, consumer insights, engagement, redemption, cost analysis, etc.), prepare analysis, and make recommendations to enhance programs and solutions; communicate information accordingly.

  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best marketing practices; make recommendations to improve current programs and processes.

  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required) in Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3 to 5+ years job experience in Marketing, Advertising, or related area.

  • Passionate about the customer – always looking to understand our customers, what motivates them and drives their behaviors, and then continuously improve the customer experience by solving customer problems.

  • Data focused – possess the ability to work with, analyze, interpret and convert data into action.

  • Financially literate – Understand the business KPIs and how the Loyalty team contributes to those KPIs. Understand how to deliver business results so the business can deliver for the customer.

  • Growth minded – Willing to test and learn, have curiosity to challenge what currently exists, and ask what else could be.

  • Collaborative – able to work across the Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams to articulate and persuade others of the benefits of loyalty, as well as listening and understanding how that fits into the broader company mission.

  • Technically Proficient – Strong ability to understand what is technically possible, how Loyalty systems work, and how the data flows through each system.

  • Driven to Act – has the drive and the willingness to take action, but the patience to achieve the desired results.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have attention to detail and effective planning, organization, prioritization, and project/time management skills to meet deadline driven timelines.

  • General knowledge of marketing strategies and basic analytical skills.

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.

  • Experience with of any Loyalty marketing software or suite of and tools preferred.

  • Familiarity with: SQL, and Python for scripting and data analysis, preferred.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% based upon department and customer needs.
