Montana Technological University Director, TRIO Student Support Services in Butte, Montana

Montana Tech is seeking a full-time Director of TRIO Student Support Services Program. Student Support Services (SSS) is funded by a grant from the US Department of Education with the mission to provide opportunities for academic development, assist students with basic college requirements, and to motivate students toward the successful completion of their postsecondary education. The goal of SSS is to increase the college retention and graduation rates of its participants. The Montana Tech's SSS grant currently works with 120 STEM students. The Director organizes and administers all aspects of the SSS program. Specifically, the Director assumes total responsibility for tracking and report writing, budget management, media relations, staff supervision, curriculum and program approval, and all issues related to the summer experience. Screening of applicants will begin on May 15, 2024 and will continue until the position is filled
