ASTON CARTER IS NOW HIRING FOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANTS IN THE BUTLER, PA AREA!!!

This is an On-Site position

Description:

Prepares journal entries in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Prepares accounting records and reviews transactions for accuracy, adequacy of supporting documentation, and compliance with company policy

Assists in the coordination of the month end close process

Participates in the timely preparation, review, and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including, but not limited to, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Assists in the development and preparation of relevant, meaningful management reports which provide comparisons to budget and historical trends.

Monitors, analyzes, and reconciles general ledger accounts

Prepares monthly recurring inter-company invoices

Actively supports the annual financial audit process

Prepares required regulatory reports and filings

Proactively identifies areas of potential improvement in the Finance & Accounting Department

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

1-5 years of progressive accounting experience

Ability to adapt to changing demands and needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong technical skills and ability to learn new applications and reporting tools

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience Level:
