SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:

  1. Assist in implementing objectives and implementation of the Agency plan according to regulations.
  2. Assist in maintaining up to date electronic and paper files when needed.
  3. Contribute to the implementation of the plans according to the Head Start Program Performance Standards.
  4. Attend professional seminars, lectures, workshops, staff meetings, and conferences as needed.   Attend regional meeting when required.
  5. Works constructively with other staff and parents to maintain satisfactory communication.
  6. Assist the Managers in distribution of information to staff and parents and all aspects of the programs.
  7. Participate in recruitment events and activities.  Serve on the recruitment team.
  8. Maintain staff and client confidentiality.
  9. Assist in classroom support when needed.
  10. Track information as required.
  11. Assist and attend parent activities and meetings.  Prepare and distribute minutes as necessary.
  12. Complete clerical duties as assigned.
  13. Advocate and collaborate with community agencies to support child, family and agency outcomes as assigned.
  14. Provide transportation for parents and children to appointments as required.
  15. Complete checklists and screenings as assigned.
  16. Assist Manager in daily operation of Agency Programs.
  17. Provide babysitting for meetings as necessary.
  18. Provide monitoring or training as necessary.
  19. Other duties assigned by supervisor.
