$1250 Signing Bonus

  • $15.45 to start plus $1.50 shift differential
  • Weekend Shift Differential of $1.00/hour starting at 3pm on Friday
  • Wage increases every January 1st
  • 75 cent increase at 2 years of service
  • Longevity increases every 5 years

This is a part-time direct-care position in the Residential Group Home Program involving the implementation of residential services to individuals with disabilities. Part-time employees work 16-29 hours per week.

Examples of Work Performed:

  • Assist residents' meal planning, grocery shopping, preparation of meals, and kitchen clean-up and maintenance.
  • Responsible for management of household and supervising upkeep of facility under the director of the Residential Program Supervisor.
  • Assist residents in care of their clothing; use of washers and dryers.
  • Instructing and encouraging personal hygiene and appropriate dress.
  • Providing transportation when necessary with agency vehicle.
  • Completion of daily anecdotal and progress notes regarding residents.
  • Administration and documentation of medications.
  • Performs related work as required.

This position is directly supervised by a Residential Program Manager. Specific duties in accord with above are assigned by the Residential Program Manager who utilizes performance in carrying out assigned tasks, resident progress, resident record completion, and other incidental but pertinent factors to annually review the holder of this position. Due to the nature of the position, overtime is required
