Monday thru Friday Day Shift! No weekends, Evenings, or Holidays

We are looking for a Medical Assistant that can commit to work their shift at both of the following locations.

Maywood – 2160 S. First Ave, (Main hospital campus)

Burr Ridge – 6800 N. Frontage Road

A schedule will be provided ahead of time for which location you will be working at.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • BLS CPR by the American Heart Association.

  • Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program, OR one year of Medical Assistant work experience can be substituted for the successful completion of an accredited medical assistant program.

In summary, the Medical Assistant's primary responsibilities include providing direct patient care, handling patient registration, scheduling appointments, and performing various office-related tasks.

To qualify for the position, candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and have completed an accredited Medical Assistant Program, OR they can substitute this educational requirement with one year of relevant work experience as a Medical Assistant.

Must obtain at least one (1) of the following Medical Assistant credentials within 6 months of hire date:

American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)

American Medical Technologists (AMT)

National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)

National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
