This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run January- August; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past August 2025.
What You Will Do:
Quality Systems Development: Learn and apply quality evaluation and control systems to ensure high standards for materials and products.
Quality Initiatives: Assist in developing and implementing proactive quality strategies for continuous improvement.
Audit Support: Help prepare for and support Quality and Special Process audits, including participation in third-party audits as an observer.
Documentation and Training: Prepare and maintain quality systems documentation and support related training activities.
RCCA Activities: Engage in root cause analysis and corrective action processes, managing databases and contributing to action follow-up.
What You Will Learn:
Quality Management Systems (QMS): Gain hands-on experience with QMS and its role in ensuring product and process quality.
Audit Processes: Understand audit preparation and execution through active participation and observation.
Industry Standards and Documentation: Develop skills in creating and revising quality system documentation aligned with company and industry standards.
Root Cause Analysis: Learn about root cause analysis and corrective action processes, utilizing tools like ETQ for effective issue resolution.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
