What You Will Do:
Be responsible for government shipping tasks including:
Reviewing contracts for packaging requirements
Maintaining government contract records
Maintaining inventory of government order packaging materials
Packaging of government orders to meet the contractual requirements
Managing government shipping workload
Processing government orders within SAP and WAWF sites
Developing and maintain positive working relationship with government order Customer Account Managers
Provide top-notch customer service by:
Handling urgent requests from internal and external customers
Maintaining short lead times and handling special requests.
Supporting company Sales and OTD objectives
Meeting customer requirements and expedited shipments while maintaining quality.
Working extended hours or weekends as needed
Effectively communicate by:
Maintaining positive communication with internal and external customers
Interacting with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge, or resolve problems related to business issues
Maintaining positive attitude in all communications
Communicating professionally with all levels of the organization
Communicating to foster teamwork
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically, a HS diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience and knowledge with SAP
Experience and knowledge of government contracts, packaging requirements, and shipping procedures

1st Shift Schedule:
• Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
• Overtime available on a business need basis.
