Confidential Manufacturing Assembly Lead in BURLINGTON, Washington

Job Purpose:

  • Shop assembly of final components onto stainless steel and aluminum weldments and prepare for shipping.
  • General quality check of weldment dimensions and visual appearance.

Duties:

  • Collect and organize final product hardware, parts and assemblies for finish work installation.
  • Fabricates/assembles components by using equipment to clean, prepare, and cut; setting-up and measuring assemblies; selecting appropriate method.
  • Verifies results by inspecting welds (torque wrench, square, etc.).
    • Position requires attention to detail and repeatability.
  • Documents actions by completing records/reports.
  • Maintains safe work environment by following procedures; complying with legal regulations.
  • Maintains equipment and tools by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
  • Accomplishes manufacturing and organization mission by completing related tasks with pride and workmanship.
