Myer\'s Wood Fired is looking for an outgoing, full-of-energy, Manager to help the owners move Myer\'s into the new realm of bagels and Pizza! Four day work week, paid time off, and food discounts.
Duties performed but not limited to:
- Managing shift employees for most efficient processes
- Ability to jump in to handle:
- POS System
- Food preparation
- Cooking/Assembling sandwiches and menu offerings
- Ensuring all Food Safety measures are being followed
- Clean-up
- General food preparation for the day or next day
- Counting and handling cash
- Over and Above Customer Service
- Communicate issues, concerns, needs to Management in timely manner
- General guidance and discipline of employees; work with Management on training staff to achieve success
- Ability to open and/or close the Cafe
Once evening service starts, the ability to pour and serve general alcoholic drinks; ability to be certified by VT to serve alcohol.
Punctuality is necessary as well as strong work ethic.\ Reliable transportation and/or consistent method to arrive for shifts on time.
