The Great Escape Room Location Manager-Burlington in Burlington, Vermont

The Great Escape Room is a fast growing, family-owned company offering a high-quality escape room experience.  Established in 2014, we have 15 locations across the Eastern United States.  We are looking for a Manager to help us grow our Burlington location and create an excellent experience for our customers. 

The manager is responsible for the general oversight of employees, administrative duties for their location and ensuring the player's optimal experience.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Interviewing and selecting staff members who will best contribute to the location

  • Supervising day-to-day operations 

  • Creating schedules for location employees

  • Scheduling and responding to participants, inquiries, corporations, and group events through a variety of mediums

  • Supervising and participating in location marketing activities, including association meetings, face-to-face meetings with prospective groups, mailings, etc.

  • Managing physical aspects of the location as they relate to aesthetics and maintaining an overall professional environment.

  • Communicating with all forms of media including social media

  • $55,000-$60,000 (DOE) plus health insurance stipend, PTO and holiday pay
