Clinical Coordinator

Provide counseling to patients and perform administrative duties in a fast-paced medication assisted treatment clinic. Also provide supervision to clinicians, provide back-up to the Clinical Director and assist in quality assurance and clinical consultation.

The Chittenden Clinic is one of the largest medication treatment programs for opioid use disorder in the country, serving approximately 1000 patients. Our program and its staff have been recognized regionally and nationally for outstanding performance, high-quality healthcare services, and a patient-centered approach. We use evidence-based interventions and strive to reduce the adverse consequences of substance use, through a harm reduction approach, to support the health and wellbeing of all patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision
  • Provide clinical services to patients receiving medication assisted treatment
  • Perform clinical and/or administrative tasks, including monthly audits
  • In the absence of staff, coordinate individual and group backup coverage
  • Collaborate with other systems such as community groups
  • Provide back-up for the Clinical Director in their absence

Requirements:

  • Master\'s degree in a mental health discipline
  • LADC
  • Five years providing substance abuse counseling and providing services to people with co-occurring disorders
  • Experience as a supervisor

  • Full-time
  • Exempt
  • Starting at \$62591
