Bilingual French/English - Inside Sales - Customer Support (Dental Industry) JOB SUMMARY: Keystone Dental Group is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Bi-Lingual Inside Sales/Account Manager/Sales Support professional to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be experienced with the dental industry, responsible for proactively contacting and engaging dental professionals, promoting our range of dental products and services, and driving sales growth within assigned territories. RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and professional development. Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals providing product information, pricing details, and excellent support to meet their needs. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to achieve sales targets and objectives. Conduct outbound sales calls to dental offices, introduce Keystone Dental Group\'s products and services, and identify sales opportunities. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotes promptly, and track sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to effectively position Keystone Dental Group\'s offerings and maintain a competitive edge. KEY REQUIRENMENTS: Excellent communication skills in English and French, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively. Experience in the dental industry is highly preferred. Experience working with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). High level of motivation, initiative, and professionalism, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Proven experience in account management, sales, sales support, and customer service. A quiet space free of interruptions and noise in which to work is mandatory. Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. You will need a customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and provide solutions to meet our customer needs. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 3 yrs. or more of successful sales and customer service experience within dental industry is strongly preferred. Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but will consider a combination of education and experience. Cold calling and/or business development experience strongly favored. Computer skills: Microsoft windows (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas. Excellent Oriented to self-management and interfacing with all daily contacts from a remote position. Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and oral communication skills are a must. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce a strong plus. Fluency in both English and French languages (written and spoken) is required.
