Job Details:

Scheduled hours: 8 hour day shift (on-call rotation)

Job Description:

This position will assist customers, referral sources and support internal departments. Responsible for fitting patients with products including specialty lines (i.e. shoes, hosiery, bras). Assist patients and referral sources with the intake process and insurance verification. Complete retail sales with application of suggestive selling. Operate computer software and navigate through necessary programs. Performs data entry and completes proper documentation. Assists customers with equipment needs (delivery, education, set-up). Communicates patient’s needs and problems to appropriate disciplines. Assesses the patient’s environment continually for safety and educates the patient.

Qualifications:

Basic computer experience preferred

Customer Service experience preferred

Medical terminology preferred

Current valid driver’s license
