Meta Associate Account Manager, North America in Burlingame, California

Summary:

We are seeking an analytical and organized individual to join our team as an Associate Account Manager, reporting to the General Manager of Amazon in the North America region. In this role, the candidate will support the overall sales strategy at the customer level and work closely with the Sales, Channel Marketing, and Channel Operations teams to achieve annual organizational goals.The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across internal cross-functional partners. The position entails establishing and strengthening relationships with Meta 3P Retail partners in the North America market to drive the Meta AR/VR hardware vision.This role requires candidate to be located in Meta’s office a minimum of 3 days a week. This role requires the ability to travel for in-person customer meetings or company events.

Required Skills:

Associate Account Manager, North America Responsibilities:

  1. Managing a business portfolio of Hardware and Accessories

  2. Working closely with Channel Operations and being able to drive the CPFR process with partners

  3. Developing presentation and business analysis materials to support the SAM in communicating account strategy with all levels of management, both internally and externally

  4. Providing insights to develop and execute business plans, strategies, and identify gaps in the business to deliver sales and profit goals with the SAM or General Manager

  5. Maintaining a weekly recap of customer sales calls and in-person meeting recaps, identifying and potential opportunities, action items, and being prepared to present this information when requested

  6. Co-developing annual business plans with the SAM, CMM, and Channel Operations partners

  7. Creating business briefings and post mortems to maintain clear communication with leadership teams and cross-functional partners

  8. Working with Data Scientist teams to develop and review sales analytics projects that inform decision making

  9. Building documents and presentations as needed to support business planning, such as QBRs, Joint Business Plans, and Regional Account Reviews

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience driving online sales through paid search and display

  2. Some knowledge of the CE/CPG market, industry trends, market conditions, competitive landscape

  3. BA/BS in Business or Marketing related field (or similar work experience)

  4. 3+ years experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development with Dotcom channels or Consumer Electronics accounts

  5. Experience managing workload within timeframes, with negotiation and communication and presentation skills

  6. Experience or proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and all Google work applications

  7. Experience with publishing weekly business reports and sales reviews

Public Compensation:

$105,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
