Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Category Performance Manager to join our worldwide team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and providing annual sales guidance, aligning goals to the sales plan as well as manage sales budget for In Market AR Category of products. To be successful in this role, the candidate would display qualities of a general manager to identify and grow initiatives that improve sales conversion and creatively execute a strategy to achieve goals. This includes overseeing key customer journey touchpoints, promotional strategy, monitoring supply, analyzing sales metrics, managing the sales cycle, and identifying and closing gaps to goal.

Required Skills:

AR Category Performance Manager- Worldwide Responsibilities:

  1. Provide annual sales guidance by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and developing global sales plans for the category

  2. Align goals to the sales annual plan by working closely with cross-functional teams, developing and executing go-to-channel strategies, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration

  3. Identify the largest areas of opportunity to increase conversion and customer satisfaction

  4. Identify and close gaps to goal by monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and taking corrective action

  5. Analyze sales metrics by monitoring performance, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement

  6. Establish and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (Supply Chain Management, Channel operations, Demand Planning, PMM, Analytics and Sales Channel leads.)

  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional and merchandising strategy while aligning with new product/feature launches and marketing support

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  2. 8+ years of experience in category performance management

  3. Experience developing sales strategies and evaluate sales opportunities that help develop and grow the category

  4. Experience identifying trends, monitor performance and measure impact of key sales initiatives

  5. Experience in establishing annual sales guidance, managing budget and closing gaps to goal

  6. Experience influencing stakeholders via proven communication and presentation skills

  1. Masters Degree in Business, Marketing or related field

  2. Overall 12+ years of professional experience in consumer electronics with a demonstrated interest in new and emerging tech

  3. Experience in augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, wearable devices, mobile devices or 0 to 1 categories

  4. Consumer electronics industry experience

Public Compensation:

$150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
