We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Smart Infrastructure Regional Services & Solutions (RSS) Europe division. Your role will be managing existing projects in Spain in accordance with customer contracts and meeting the commercial and technical objectives of the project.

Your will take the lead on the following.

  • Execution of projects according to the agreed requirements. Assist in defining the scope and objectives of the project, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

  • Alongside the project team, track, and report on progress to work delivery, schedule, and change requests against the plan and adjust consistent with plan objectives.

  • Building and maintaining a relationship with customers based on partnership and efficient communication management with partners and the project team.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers for the correct execution of projects.

  • Ensure compliance with current regulations.

  • Ensure availability and allocation of resources.

  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks.

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

  • Report and escalate to management as required.

  • Establish and maintain third party/supplier relationships.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

About you!

  • Strong technical background in the field of electrical/mechanical engineering.

  • Technical experience in Fire and Comfort projects.

  • Be qualified for certification and/or legalization of Fire installations.

  • Excellent internal and customer facing communication skills.

  • Strong Project Schedule skills, including attention to detail and multitasking tools.

  • High level of English, both spoken and written.

  • Willingness to travel nationally.

The selected person will be assigned to the Valladolid (Castilla y León) work centre to cover current projects in that region, but must be open to travel throughout the national territory depending on the needs of the business.
