Edge-Works Manufacturing Company produces high quality tactical gear and accessories for civilian, military, and law enforcement markets. We are currently looking for an Assembly Technician to assemble and finish various products.

*Job Summary: The would be constructing, crafting, and assembling various products using hand tools, and light machinery.

[Duties/Responsibilities:]{calibri="" light",sans-serif"=""}*

  • Read and follow standard work instructions accurately.
  • Operate buffing equipment and related tools.
  • Trim, smooth, shape, fit, and assemble parts into finished products using rivets, screws, and fasteners.
  • Inspect articles for defects and follow quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a variety of specialized tools and equipment.
  • Detailed oriented individual with expectations of precision and accuracy.
  • Standing for extended periods of time.

  • Work alone or in a work group.
  • Wear common safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, buffing mask.

  • Six months of experience in assembly / production operations preferred.
  • Experience making things, professionally or as a hobby, and in the use of hand tools and light machines preferred.
