Robert Half is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to work for their client in Burbank that is in the healthcare industry. The Senior Data Analyst position is on-site 2 days a week and the other 3 days will be remote. The individual will be responsible for analyzing current data, determining business objectives, presenting cases to leadership, and utilizing various tools and languages such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and Machine Learning Models.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing data and identify business objectives

• Develop and present data-driven business cases to leadership

• Utilize SQL for database management and data manipulation

• Use BI and analytical tools, with a preference for Tableau, to visualize data and assist in decision-making

• Apply Python for programming and scripting tasks

• Leverage Machine Learning Models for predictive analysis and decision-making

• Communicate effectively, presenting technical aspects in a business-friendly way

• Ideally, utilize experience within the healthcare industry for context-specific analysis and reporting

• Continuously improve data analysis skills and stay updated with industry trends.
