Description

4-10 hour days/off Tuesday - Thursday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Perform functions directly related to a manufacturing facility. 2. Perform shipping and receiving functions. 3. Perform operational computer transactions.4. Reports to the warehouse manager for daily operations and job assignment in an efficient and professional manner.5. Supervises the implementation of all S.O.P. procedures, GMP policies and Quality Control formats. 6. Supervises the selection and staffing of all production requisitions. 7. Ensures all employees are punched in for their shift start. 8. Ensures all employees are properly equipped with a uniform; helmet, safety glasses, hairnet, etc.9. Ships and receives all manufactured goods and raw materials according to South Park S.O.P. policies. 10. Checks the rotation and charging of driver’s batteries. 11. Processes all dispositional HOLDS with the forklift operator – verifies quantities and properly identifies in relation to the disposition.12. Ships and receives all loads as assigned by the department manager.13. Runs bills of lading and process product transfers on the AS400 when required.14. Participates in monthly physical inventories as designated by the corporate staff, and performs cyclecounts with the department manager.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experienced forklift knowledge/operator necessary.

• Perishable and dry goods warehouse experience preferred.

• Strong communication abilities, written and verbal.

• Knowledge of computer software is necessary.

• Inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO systems formats preferred.

• AS400 Prism knowledge, Word and Excel a plus.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma.

• 2-4 years of Supervisory experience.

• Valid Driver’s License required.
