StaffBuffalo is collaborating with a prominent manufacturing company in Buffalo, NY, to find a dedicated professional to join their team as a Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager.

This pivotal role involves evaluating current processes, developing strategies for improvement, and ensuring quality is maintained across all aspects of production. With a competitive salary range of $85,000 $105,000 per year, based on experience, this position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals to make a significant impact on our clients operations.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, coupled with extensive experience in driving organizational change, problem-solving, and implementing process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:

Continuous Improvement: * Develop and lead the continuous improvement roadmap, including cross-functional governance. * Identify external recognition programs to promote a lean culture. * Coach staff on Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. * Lead cross-functional projects for process improvement. * Integrate new processes and technologies with effective change management. * Collaborate with HR to integrate change management tools. * Facilitate value stream mapping and data analysis. * Drive continuous improvement training and standardized tools.

Quality Management: * Define and implement quality management strategies. * Manage quality system procedures and audits. * Address customer issues promptly and analyze warranty data. * Develop process certification standards. * Collaborate with teams to ensure quality expectations are met.

Qualifications: * 5+ Years of experience in managerial or supervisory roles, specifically in quality management and continuous improvement initiatives. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. * Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. * Experience leading organizational change management initiatives. * Proven experience leading Lean manufacturing methods and process improvement programs. * Experience operating in and managing quality management systems. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function well in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
