Senior Supervisor is a leadership role focused on building fully engaged and competent teams that deliver results in line with the area performance goals in a safe and efficient way.

Your key responsibilities:

Interprets and applies basic engineering principles.
Solves simple and complex technical problems while balancing speed/risk/reward.
Creates an environment of accountability for meeting agreed-upon expectations.
Uses management systems to monitor the organization’s performance against goals.
Energizes the organization by clarifying the broader purpose and importance of the work.
Qualifications:
Typically, 3-5 years relevant experience
Influential People leadership
Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Digitally enabled tools and systems
Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
Green Belt/WCM practitioner experience, preferred.

The Pay range for this role is $79,100.00 - $124,300.00 Annual
How Base Pay is Determined: DuPont has job leveling frameworks that help organize roles based on progressive levels of responsibility, proficiency and qualifications. Each role has an associated pay range (or an established pay rate for some roles) based on the competitive market in each country where we operate. Each individual’s pay is based on a variety of factors, including their role and the associated pay range for that role, their geographic location (i.e., country, state, metropolitan area), as well as their skills, experience, education and certifications, and performance.
