Job Description:
Long Term Care The Manager PFS Claims & AR is responsible for establishing policies and procedures that support Patient Financial Services and maintain strong billing and collection practices and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Manages the daily operations of accounts receivable to include claim generation, claim editing, reimbursement, denials management and follow up activities.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
Long Term Care Bachelors degree in Business. Strong knowledge of third party billing and reimbursement required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft applications and accounts receivable applications. 2-5 years Management experience in a health care related field. General financial and analytical experience.
