DOCS Health Hearing Conservationist - RHRP in Buffalo, New York

Attention all hearing conservationist, we are calling on you to help us provide assistants for dental exams, treatment, and X-rays to our Military Service members. We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of New York on an "as needed basis".

We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

  • U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)

  • Army National Guard (ARNG)

  • U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)

  • U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)

  • U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)

  • Air National Guard (ANG)

  • U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

  • Perform manual audiograms and evaluations.

  • Review test results for quality control, contrast, detail, and adequate demonstration of hearing.

  • Primarily on the weekends

  • Current certification as a hearing technician or occupational hearing conservationist

  • Experience within the last two years working as a full-time Audiology Technician

  • Experience working with military - preferred

  • CAOHC is preferred

  • Experience working with DOEHRS and BENSON software - preferred

  • CPR/BLS certification

  • Proficient with computer programs

  • Must have weekend availability
