National Fuel is currently seeking an exceptional candidate with demonstrated leadership ability to participate in an exciting two-year rotational program through the Companys primary Engineering operations in Buffalo, NY or Erie, PA (accepting applicants from both areas). The Engineering Leadership Development Program receives exclusive executive and human resources mentoring to assist in job related decisions throughout the program and is given input towards each of the four customized rotational assignments. The Engineer will have specific project responsibilities and will also be exposed to the primary functions of other corporate departments. As each rotation is completed, the Engineer will participate in interactive developmental performance evaluations to aid in their growth as a professional. The successful candidates for this high-profile position will enjoy a career in a strong and growing company and have the opportunity to leverage their unique skill set in a variety of positions throughout the organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Field operations and project management. Transmission pipeline expansion projects. Utility system pipeline design. Natural gas storage projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering (with a graduation date in 2025). Minimum GPA of 3.0. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship now or in the future. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interface well with others are critical components of this position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous leadership experience and experience managing projects in an efficient manner.
