Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (foreign equivalent or higher).

  • Experience in the buying processes in a governmental, institutional, or higher education setting.

  • System Administration experience with a source-to-pay e-Procurement system supporting 5000 or more end users.

  • Data mining and analytic experience.

  • The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated and inquisitive big-picture thinker with the capacity to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced and diverse professional environment. Effective communication and interaction across the full spectrum of different perspectives and personalities will be particularly important. The Assistant Director of Procurement Systems and Operations will also need to exhibit outstanding supervisory, problem-solving, and organizational skills and oversee multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
