Multiple Full-time Openings, Buffalo Grove IL. Potential for placement at various unanticipated client sites throughout the United States for project implementation. May require extended travel and/or relocation per client and project need. Analyze, elicit, elaborate, document, and transfer business requirements of customers to the IT department. Perform business analysis and requirements management during the design stages of the project using various advanced technologies. Determine the scope of the project and its cost depending on user requirements. Perform systems analysis for improvement using various modeling techniques based upon planned resource usage. Liaise with management to develop and create technology and cost proposals. Assess existing computer systems and procedures and design solutions to improve operational efficiency. Consult with stakeholders to determine system needs. Analyze existing systems and infrastructure to improve functionality and performance. Configure, design, customize and implement new systems. Conduct testing and data modeling to view processes and data flows, analyze information and trends in data. Train users and develop instruction manuals. Calculate and diagram system requirements.
