Senior Collector

You’ll be part of the Collections Team and responsible to contact customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls and emails.

Role Responsibilities

  • This team is essential to protect company´s financial results by reducing impact of bad debt

  • Responsible for controlling Agents balances and making all collection efforts necessary to collect cash in their possession.

  • You will analyze agents balance and determine the origin of the debt

  • You will contact Agents to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls and emails. These calls and emails are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.

  • You will need to be in contact mainly with Sales Department as well as Cash Logistics and Settlement Departments.

Role Requirements

  • One year of experience in the collections sector or customer service call center.

  • Bachelor’s degree or advance student in administration or related.

  • Intermediate English and Excel level.

  • Analytical and decisive profile with negotiation skills, and the ability to deal effectively with all types of people.

  • Self-motivated.

  • Capacity for teamwork and effective communication.

  • Hybrid working model.
