Eaton Corporation Supplier Quality Analyst - German Speaker (Maternity cover 2 years) in Budapest, Hungary

What you’ll do:

As a Supplier Quality Analyst you will support dedicated Eaton production plants in the EMEA region, from below defined areas: Supplier Quality complaint management (8D), Finance (transactions, follow up), Regional Process Standardization.

Supplier Quality complaint management:

• Communication between Eaton and Suppliers mainly on complain related topics such as, costs (Cost of Poor Quality), Return Material, corrective actions

• Support Eaton Distribution Centers regarding all cases towards Suppliers

• Supports Return process on financial side (Return to Vendor) credit collection, and communication

Finance:

• Manage Administration costs (DMR fee) towards Suppliers, due to valid quality issues

• Link Complaints to charges

• Escalates issues roadblocks to proper management

Reporting (KPIs):

• Working with Excel sheets for Reporting.

• Using SAP for materials, costs, movements

Regional Process standardization:

• Working with Supply chain, Finance, Engineering and Quality to improve supplier performances

• Link Eaton Experts with sites on issue resolution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s Degree

  • At least 0-3 years of experience in Quality, Supply chain, Customer care, Order management, or Finance

  • Experience from production of one commodity (Machining, Plastic injection, assembly etc.) would be a plus

Skills:

  • Fluency in English and German

  • Basic knowledge on Quality Tools, some knowledge on the Technical area

  • SAP

  • Communication skills
