As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will be joining a very motivated team to source the best talent for one of our biggest and newest clients, one of Europe’s media and entertainment companies.

What you will do:

  • Source diverse and dynamic candidates in the tech and non tech markets, using various sourcing channels

  • Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Recruitment Business Partners to understand the requirements of each open role

  • Create engaging and effective advertising campaigns

  • Interview/screen candidates; focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

  • Support the on-site team/ Recruiter by presenting the best candidate for each open position

  • Extend offers to candidates and handle any required negotiations

What we would like you to have:

  • C1 English is a must (written and verbal)

  • Ideally with 1-2 years of recruitment experience, but early career applications are welcome

  • Good communication, stakeholder and time management skills

  • Autonomous, proactive and not afraid to ask questions

  • Full time, hybrid (once a week in the Budapest office)
