We are looking for IT Sourcing Recruiters, who will be joining us to support our amazing client, IAG in their recruitment-related operations in the UK.

The position is full-time and we offer a permanent contract.

The job is hybrid, 1 day onsite in our amazing office in Budapest is required.

What you will do:

  • Participate in the intake calls with the managers to understand the requirements of each open role

  • Source & screen for the best talent & find the best - able to adapt sourcing techniques to different roles and be able to source using various channels.

  • Work closely with the hiring managers and Talent Advisors on the on-site team (having update calls, regular catch-ups, presenting the candidates, and guiding them through the full recruitment process)

  • Provide market insights and analysis

  • Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in IT Sourcing via various platforms, preferably for SAP roles

  • Fluency in English is a must

  • Proficiency in using Workday is a plus

  • Being a self-starter, proactive, and a great team player

  • Being open to becoming a valuable member of a very know and world-leading organization
