As a key leader among the team responsible for supporting pharmaceuticals, you will have the opportunity to provide support to the business community for SAP in various capacities! This includes all new projects as well as production support across all functions within SAP.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Work alongside a robust team of SAP professionals (experiences ranging from 5 -> 15 years) to ensure efficient and effective delivery of SAP projects and initiatives.

  • Work with team-members to generate estimates for configuration and unit testing activities of a project or large enhancement when required.

  • Configure and customize the SAP EWM system based on business requirements, including defining warehouse structures, storage types, picking strategies, and packing rules.

  • Collaborate with business users and team members to gather and analyze requirements, assess current warehouse processes, identify gaps, and propose optimized solutions using SAP EWM functionalities.

  • Find opportunities for system enhancements and improvements to streamline warehouse operations, such as automation, integration with external systems, and process optimization.

  • Perform system maintenance activities, including system upgrades, patch installations, and monitoring system performance. Provide day-to-day support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems in a timely manner.

  • Participate in design sessions around problem-solving business requirements with SAP solutions alongside you’re the SAP Core team.

  • Assist with generating reports for metrics used in analysis for team performance and business relationship statistics.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of work experience.

  • 8+ years SAP ERP experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA.

  • Experience with multiple SAP modules: MM/WM-EWM.

  • Demonstrable ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high stress environment with changing priorities.

  • Strong analytical skills required, including a detailed understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group, executives, managers, and domain authorities.

  • Self-managing and self-motivating; able to meet customer achievements and expectations.

Additional Skills

  • Relevant technical certificates a plus.

  • Relevant PMP certificate or experience a plus.

  • Completed at least 2 full cycle implementations.

  • Knowledge of NetWeaver 7.0 experience is helpful.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is beneficial.

  • Utilization of Solution Manager-Charm for transport management.

  • Utilization of ITSM system such as Service-Now, SolarWinds, etc.
