The Retail Marketing (RM) Assistant provides support to Retail Marketing Team with key projects in all product categories (Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care), coordinates the information flow between internal and external stakeholders (agencies vendor), coordinates ad-hoc market analysis like market shares, price comparisons, supports with coordinating product artwork and budget processes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist in the development and execution of retail marketing strategies and initiatives.

  2. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing programs with overall business objectives.

  3. Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, product launches.

  4. Assist in the creation of marketing materials tailored for trade customers.

  5. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for retail marketing activities.

  6. Maintain and update databases related to retail marketing activities, including customer profiles and competitor analysis.

  7. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to coordinate the production of promotional materials and displays.

  8. Monitor and analyze the performance of retail marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  9. Provide administrative support, including budget tracking, PO creation, and invoice processing for retail marketing activities.

  10. Translate marketing content, including product descriptions, campaigns, and communications, into target languages.

  11. Any other ad-hoc task or activity as required by the direct manager.

COMPETENCIES:

- Excellent command of Hungarian language and Min C1 level in English language (both written and verbal)

- MS Office and/or Google tools

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- college or university degree in Economics, Marketings, Business Administration or other relevant field

- min. 1 year of experience in marketing/customer development/sales or other similar field
