RSR employs multilingual operations officers who are responsible for back- office support for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs within the EMEA region.

We are searching for a Recruitment Coordinator to coordinate the full selection process. The role mainly covers the interview scheduling part in the recruitment process. However, it has more than that and it is one of the best roles in the company in terms of career advancement.

What you will do:

  • Arranging/scheduling interviews between hiring managers and the candidates.

  • Handling onboarding, contract creation, job posting, and opening job requisitions.

  • Travel arrangements - if the candidate sits in another location and needs to travel to have an interview. (Bus, train, flight tickets, lunch/dinner...etc.)

  • Travel cost reimbursement - sharing the cost/receipts with the accounting department. It is needed when the candidate travels to another location and has some spending like taxi, bus, food…etc.

  • Having a good, fast, and high quality level of communication with the candidates, hiring managers, and also with the onsite teams on the client's side.

  • Helping and sometimes guiding managers to manage their time/schedule for the interviews.

  • Working together with the team, recruiters, and hiring manage

What we would like you to have:

  • Good level of English and French (both spoken and written)

  • Previous corporate exposure is preferred

  • Preferably min 1-2 years experience in any part of the recruitment process but not the must.

  • Good stress management skills - handling difficult situations with maximum speed and quality

  • Good communication, problem solving, and multitasking skills

  • Social, open-minded, flexible approach

  • Focus on details and accuracy

  • Confident about organizing/arranging interview
