LIQUIDITY REPORTING SENIOR MANAGER

Liquidity Risk Reporting team covers CRD IV liquidity related templates including LCR, NSFR, ALMM and Asset encumbrance returns.

In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze liquidity reporting processes, including data and system flows, automated and manual controls.

  • Review liquidity reports and consult with Corporate Treasury on any operational issues and proposed regulatory changes.

  • Propose and execute process improvements, initiating system and data flow changes, implementing digital solutions.

  • Review and check control items, participate in Internal Audit reviews, ICRM and Quality Control’s reviews.

  • Participate in strategic projects and collaborate with BAU reporting team and Business Analysts to ensure timely completion.

  • Drive initiatives to improve and document internal controls.

  • Help integration of control improvements into operational processes of the reporting team.

  • Serve as a technical mentor for an area within the business.

The ideal candidate for this position preferably possesses the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.

  • 6+ years of relevant experience.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements, manage multiple work streams in parallel.

  • Ability to work with counterparts in different areas of organization.

  • Proven organization and time management skills.

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English.
