You'll do:

• Provide project coordination support and assistance, including meeting with internal financial engineers to prepare and track model-related project plans on internal and regulatory initiatives, and escalate any issues that might arise • Prepare senior management presentations (monthly), consisting of summary charts and detailed status tracking of regulatory and model-related deliverables • Support organizational, infrastructure/technology and model control initiatives in coordination with other teams • Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports • Support team members when implementing strategies, processes • Contribute to Morgan Stanley’s 5 core values of Doing the Right Thing, Putting Clients First, Leading with Exceptional Ideas, Committing to Diversity and Inclusion and Giving Back

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree and one or two years of experience in a financial or consulting firm, fresh graduates are also welcome • Strong organizational and project coordination skills as well as ability to adapt to changing priorities • Able to build good working relationships with internal financial engineers / model specialists and other key stakeholders, and committed to teamwork • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word • Attention to detail • Good communication skills and excellent command of English, both written and verbal • Self-motivator and team player who brings a “can-do” approach

Team profile

The Business Management Team provides project coordination to the sub-departments of Risk Analytics. In addition, the team is responsible for preparing senior management presentations, coordinating regulatory reporting, preparing committee meeting materials, responding to risk governance requests, and running talent management in Risk Analytics. Team members are required to collaborate with senior stakeholders as well as model specialists / financial engineers. Our team ensures that Risk Analytics is on track to meet regulatory and business deadlines.
