We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Automation Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Automation Analyst, you will have the opportunity to participate in exciting process automation projects and data analysis. This role offers a perfect opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their career in a friendly and supportive environment. You will have the chance to learn and work with the latest technologies, including AI, as part of our automation projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process automation opportunities and develop innovative solutions

  • Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation

  • Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using industry-leading automation tools

  • Perform data analysis to extract valuable insights and provide recommendations for process optimization

  • Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise

  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve automation strategies and best practices

  • Document automation workflows, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience or knowledge in process automation and data analysis is a plus, but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues

  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, Java, VBA or similar languages) to automate processes and perform data analysis

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies, especially in the field of process automation and AI

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to contribute effectively in a collaborative setting

  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic work environment

  • Familiarity with automation tools and technologies (e.g., Robotic Process Automation, Power Automate) is an advantage

  • Knowledge and competency in Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI

  • Power Query knowledge is a big plus

  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in automation projects is desirable but not required
