Morgan Stanley HR Business Management Analyst in Budapest, Hungary

You will:

  • Support daily contingent labor management requirements, including onboarding/off-boarding of resources, creation of new requisitions and management of required technology allocations
  • Maintain headcount tracking including the status of all open positions in terms of approval and candidate status
  • Ensure data integrity is maintained in different systems
  • Support global HR budget and forecasting process focused on delivering the greatest value to the business
  • Manage divisional Source2Pay process including accounts payable activities
  • Collaborate with internal HR functions on data reporting, trend analysis and input of relevant information into tracking tools and systems
  • Manage the business processes and transactions which surround the daily operations
  • Be an integral part of the team, helping to respond efficiently and effectively to client requirements

You have:

  • 1-3 years work-related experience
  • Excellent English verbal and writing skills
  • Work effectively in cross-functional teams, having demonstrated strong partnerships with both internal and external business partners and alliances
  • Self-starter with strong and creative problem-solving skills who able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
  • A quick learner with good attention to details
  • Successful candidate will have a roll up your sleeves “can do” mindset
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and Power Point, Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience in Employee Life cycle changes is a plus

The Human Resources Business Management team works cross-functionally to implement long-term strategic business plans in line with divisional financial goals. The team provides overall operational management and advisory services to Morgan Stanley’s HR division globally. This includes the management of departmental budgets and expenses, assessment of processes and procedures and governance of HR vendor relationships. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be a self-starter capable of solving complex problems, have the ability to multi-task across a variety of projects and processes, be a succinct and accurate communicator and be attentive to details.
