WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Posting of incoming Trade and Non-Trade invoices

  • Posting of Bank Statements

  • Handling of Open Receivables, Open payables lists

  • Posting of Fixed Asset movementsfixed asset purchase report, record keeping

  • Credit limit request management, reporting to insurance companies

  • Non-trade invoices registration

  • Intrastat, product fee, EPR fee reporting

  • Business trip reconciliation

  • Approval, setup process of new suppliers and reconciliation of bank details

WHO YOU ARE?

  • You have at least 0,5- 1 year experience in accounting and financial administration

  • You studied finance and accounting

  • You are fluent in Hungarian and proficient in English

  • You are an advanced user of Excel

  • You pay attention to the details
