We're seeking someone to join our team as a Data Governance Ops Manager to drive data governance and entitlements initiatives for HR and ensure adherence to the new firm wide governance policies.

In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the Data Governance Team to manage work prioritization and delivery of the HR Data Governance program of work, as well as the operation of on-going compliance with the Firm's Global roadmap to Data Policy 2.0 rollout and adoption into new HR Systems and Projects.

What you'll do in the role:

Support the Data Governance strategy development and timely implementation for Human Capital Management globally. Able to lead a subset of implementation efforts as part of a larger team effort to establish data governance across of all HR functions, using strong project management and change management skills. Develop materials for senior level stakeholder forums and communications. Drive the development of procedures and artifacts to effectively engage and execute Firmwide guidance. Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure clear governance, action, education and adoption of processes for the data they own. Collaborate with Data Governance (DG) Core Operations and Entitlement Leads to report on and monitor delivery progress. Serve as a liaison between Business and technology to ensure that data related business requirements are clearly defined, communicated, prioritized and actioned.

*What you'll bring to the role: *

At least Bachelor's Degree 4 - 6years of relevant data governance, data management or HR Information Systems or HR data analytics work experience. A confident communicator (strong written and verbal English); a self-starter Ability to prioritize, organize and manage deadlines; attention to detail and critical thinking is a must. Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies. Problem solving skills, accountability and sound judgement. Experience in managing senior level stakeholder relationships. Familiarity with HR data and Collibra or Informatica is a plus. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint
